Felicity builds and runs Arq's operational backbone. She oversees legal compliance, payroll, and manages key external partners. She designs systems and processes for efficient, scalable operations.
Previously, at the Centre for Future Generations, Felicity worked across foresight, policy, and operations. She authored analysis on AI policy, including work on AI hype and labour market shocks, and later drove development operations, connecting donor-facing work with internal systems. Earlier, at The Future Society, she worked on AI governance research and stakeholder engagement.
Felicity holds an MSc in Engineering and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor in AI from TU Delft and Radboud University.
